OMG! Format FAIL! LOL, just breakin ya balls man LOL...
This might would be fun as an NPC that roams about, and receives abuse from your minions to brighten their spirits. Imps being Dark Motherish to these guys, I don't know, ya lost me there. Imps are the unsung bastards of your dungeon who do all the menial tasks, and receive abuse from all your more useful minions. They do all this and they are content because they live to serve and have no mind of their own.

sorry about the formating i just had to kinda had to jot all of it down.
And yea they could be a neutral creature that when comes into a vicinity of a larger (maybe) smarter creature they follow them and then the creature could slap them for fun each creature having a diffrent tolerance to the annoyingness. i dont care what they turn out to be but as long as they get added and are annoying then i love it
IF they become a really weak imp in game then heres a format
COST TO SUMMON: 1 stone,1 wood
COST FOR ROOM: 2 stone per tile
Things for room: Hallow log
Cost for Log: 2 wood
sorry i didnt add this before the addability of this may be hard to do

I think mushroom folk strike me more as a neutral foe, something that isn't part of your crew, something in like, an underground grove sort of biome. I see them pestering both humans, and demons a like.

Yeah, its a D&D creature. Slayer for the 3d0 was actually Advanced Dungeons & Dragons: Slayer. It was like a first person dungeon crawler. Hm, could this be an advanced farmer unit, maybe? I've been trying to figure out something that might fill that niche.

A creature to run the farms would be nice it could also add mushrooms and other fungus as a farmable material by them being a fungus they would naturaly create more or maybe it could be
