Solved & Confirmed 0.7e - The elusive floating root

I believe I found the source of bug.

After watering field antroot starts to grow, but sometimes one of plants is large from the start, so it continues to grow into air(flying antroot is a bit larger than normal antroot).

Solved with the next version, I haven't been able to reproduce it, but I found a opening for the antroots to visually go out of their limited growing bounds.

You know this used to be considered elusive, but it became apparent after observation this was really common. I didn't see this in 0.8e and I've only been playing a few hours now on 0.8f, but I'm still not seeing this one show up. Maybe this one is finally solved.

Just wanted to give you an update. I ran the game on speed 9 for around 20 minutes while I watched Antroots grow. All the plants grew up as they should, and I never saw one floating or offset from the growing tiles like we've seen before.

So recently you haven't sported any, but by in few games you mean in latest 0.8f version or in earlier versions? If in actual version could you provide some screenshot if found any elusive floating antroot? Smile

I have only played in the .8f version being a new member to the dungeon clan, but after I "Finish" the current map(taking the maze), I delete the save file. I am sorry I couldn't be of more help though. Next time I see a bug I will rename the save title as BUGGY and make sure not to delete it. Smile

When and if you ever get into merchandising Dwelvers (which when it's done I think you should totally do), next to Flappy the Bat, you gotta have something for the Floating Antroot. I see it's back after hiatus in 0.8g, see:
