0.9d - Can't Rally up a Ladder
If the only way to reach a place is by a ladder and you set a Rally Flag there, creatures will ignore the Rally Flag.

RE:
I have found the issue, it is when the ladder turns the game don't update what destination from that tile is walk-able or not. So turning ladders is currently just a visual feature. It will work if you turn a ladder and then modify a tile next to it, because when a tile gets modified it calculate what is walk-able not only on that tile but also the neighbour tiles.

Solved with the next version!
