I think potatoes would be a perfect resource for surface dwellers - heroes. Smile

LOL @ Rasmus. Hey, I think wheat is great for above-ground stuff. I can't believe this thread is still active hahahaha. I think this makes finding a potato patch perfect as an Easter Egg. A lil Dwelvers community inside joke, yeah?

I didn't say that I don't like wheat, in the end we would have bread, so we need wheat to make it. ^^

Well technically you can make bread from any starchy material...I like potato bread more so than wheat bread.

Yeah wheat should come back somewhere! The Wheatmonster haha. No kidding, maybe in an advanced dungeon you can craft some kind of machine/artifact to produce light in X-radius. Kinda like the same growth-system 'A game of Dwarves' has only better and craftable.
Or maybe somewhere in the deep grounds you find some sun-worshiping temple artifact which can be used somehow.
Hmm.. probably the best option is to make it on ground-level. Any other ideas?

So do I. The best part of potato bread, taste aside, is that it's also gluten free, which is good since gluten, which wheat is loaded with, is a problem from me, so I always use gluten free breads.
