Post obscure songs from your childhood. I will get this one kicked off with They Might Be Giants - Particle Man as seen in Tiny Toons

Ok, it is a bit older than me, but my step-dad had a 8-track of it. As a child, I played it until it our player broke.

When I was about 10, my dad asked me if I was a Yankee or a Rebel. Before I could answer, he saw the puzzled look on my face, he played this cassette: White Mansions / The Legend of Jesse James. The one song that stuck in my head for years was this one:

Crappy quality, but it is the only one I could find on the InterTubes.

OK, here's another one from my childhood. Me and my friends listened to this song nearly every day when I was 12. I never heard it before or since -- until now.

SU, if you get JJ Fad, I get Newcleus .. and they came from outerspace to teach us how to ROCK!!! They even beat Superman and his woofers made of steel with a 12 inch cut called Disco Kryptonite!

BTW, I know you all want to buy this treasure from 1983. I love putting it in my player and turning it up around the high-school (LOL) when I pick up my daughter. So, here is a link to the CD on Amazon ---> HERE.

Then came 3 Doors Down with their own Kryptonite in the 90s.

Now, here's a classic of classics. I used to listen to the album this song comes from many times a day when I was a kid.

Maybe what you need to cure yourself of being disturbed is a stunt of living in an Amish Paradise, like this guy:
