I have experienced this too, but it seems if its 1 or 2 blocks away from something visible, its possible to place the flag, else its not possible... it should be the way that it should be possible to ...

Fog of war seems to be a littel off if the wall you are trying to look over, is close to one of your minions. Using reveal hidden land, i was able to see how many monsters there were in the next room....

Guess who's back! :D finnaly got summer holiday, and started playing again. Orc's seem to wander randomly in the same spot, after a rally flag is removed. After 30-60 sec they stop and continue.
