Mine's also normal, aside from the lack of resolutions in the menu, but that's already been reported in another thread.

As for the main topic, IMO an autopatcher would be a godsend at this point. It's getting pretty long to download the whole game every time a new feature or bugfix comes out. I'm talking 20 minutes now. Downloading updates to only the parts that have been changed would speed things up tremendously, not to mention save considerable bandwidth on your account.
