So I was trying to reproduce another bug I reported earlier, but this one seemed different enough to warrant a separate thread.
Again I was clicking off to my secondary monitor during the Splash Screen, but this time I got an error relating to loading textures from Windows. It got past the Splash Screen, but it was stuck on the Loading screen the first time I tried this until I tabbed over to the Windows Error Dialog Box. After selecting OK to clear, I got another message about closing down Dwelvers.exe, then crash. The second time I could load the game, but as soon as I tabbed over to the Windows error to clear the error, Dwelvers crashed again with the same debugging output.
