So suddenly without any direct action this error popped up:

could have something to do with a savegame from 0.9...

I haven't got this error either since this one (http://forum.dwelvers.com/showthread.php?tid=1463) got solved. I believe there is a connection between all these jobs that caused these errors.

Solved with the next version (I hope).

The reason I can't be sure was because this issue was very hard to reproduce.

I would say this one is fixed. I haven't seen these pop up in a while, and like you said I think this was related to the other issue you linked to.
