Solved & Confirmed - 0.9b - Spells locked on surface but still works

It is not possible to select reveal hidden land while on surface view, but if you select reveal hidden land while underground, having the spell in your hand, and then switching to surface, allows you to cast reveal hidden land while on the surface.
Also casting it underground somewhere, and then switching to surface view, will allow the spell to work both over- and underground
