Solved & Confirmed - 0.9c - Alt+Tab & Can't Use Apps on Active Game Window

I was trying to spend a little bit of time today catching up on forum posts since I haven't had much time lately for games, and I noticed when I was Alt-Tab'n to switch to the forum window which was also on the same screen as Dwelvers, I couldn't bring up the web browser. When I click on the web browser on the taskbar, and a second click has Dwelvers come up instead. I think whatever fix was made here may be the culprit. This only happens to things on the secondary monitor. If the game windows is using the primary monitor this is not a problem.

I think, I noticed that the fullscreen wasn't fully disabled when it got Alt+Tabbed. But this is fixed now and I hope this also fixes the problem
