Solved & Confirmed - 0.9d - Alt+Tab Locks Mouse

This is another weird one that only happens when the game screen is loaded on the secondary monitor. After Alt+Tabbing and returning to the game, the mouse won't move freely across the screen. It gets locked at different spots horizontally and vertically. I tried a few times and it's pretty easy to reproduce.
