For some reason constructions don't always get finished before the worker leaves to go somewhere else.

As I noticed these constructions ends at 99% (see picture below) and rarely at 49% and I found that why:
It happens that when a new task i.e. to build another construction is being made or a new place for workers to work is discvered that contains items for example. When worker's construction is done in 99% in moment when a new task has been added to pool, than this worker will occasionally stop exactly at 99%. So it's like this: Construction has 0% ... continue building to 49% ... continue building to 99% ... a new task has been added to pool! ... Stop! Workers stops building construction leaving it at 99%. What's interesting this worker will never came back to finish that construction, someone else must finish it for him.
