Solved with the next version 0.12.0.0 - Big roots strikes again in dungeon

After I generated a map in editor I noticed that in one part of it there were some big, single, tree roots connected to each other. They all have description of a wall tile, but it contains wood. They rarely occurs in maps, so it's not easy to find them. What can make them finding easier is that they're not treated as block, but items object Glowing Mushroom or Stone or Pine Tree etc.
I don't know if it was intended to leave them in game there (as I remember that was one of the first root texture), but still they can appear on the map after it's generated and if you find more of them next to each other they will form something like a wooden bottom of a tree.

Download and open this map and go to the north to spot it. It should look like this:
